Amanda Holden was left red-faced after making an awkward slip-up on Heart Breakfast. The Britain's Got Talent star, 49, revealed she has "sex on the brain", not once, but twice, during her live morning radio show.

During the show, Amanda touched on a recent article written about her on how to keep yourself busy during the third UK lockdown.

Live on air, she said: "There's this amazing article in one of the newspapers today which is calling it a lockdown challenge."
