Amanda Holden
Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

Amanda Holden has said that she underwent hypnotherapy to help her find the ‘confidence’ to carry another baby after the stillbirth of her son Theo in 2011.Speaking in an interview with The Sun, the Britain’s Got Talent star added that ‘not a day goes by when I don’t think about Theo, especially when a new school year begins.’Explaining that she and husband Chris Hughes underwent therapy for PTSD after the loss, Amanda said: ‘Chris was terribly British about it, went once and was like, “Right, I’m cured”, whereas I continued, and then went to this amazing clinic run by a woman Called Zita West For Hypnotherapy. ‘It was to help me believe in my body again, to give me the confidence I could have another baby, and do it all again. ‘I just felt.
