Amanda Holden despairs over family struggle as she admits 'I don't know what I did wrong'

During her show alongside Jason King (JK) on Heart FM this morning, Amanda Holden shared the ups and downs of family life.The beloved presenter got candid about a tender moment with her daughter Hollie that turned a tad sour.

After a hectic day with Alan Carr preparing for the Royal Variety Performance, Amanda snuggled into bed with her daughter, hoping for some bonding time.

But it seems the moment didn’t go quite as planned, with Amanda sharing: "I saw my daughter for an hour last night, she was super upset with me.

I mean she's upset with me about something anyway, every day." Confessing she was at a loss as to what had annoyed young Hollie, Amanda said: "But you know when you've only got that hour to sort of go, 'I love you, okay yes, I'm sorry for...you know...', I don't know what I did wrong last night to be honest, she's at that age." Despite the little squabble, Amanda gave it her all to comfort Hollie, saying: "I got into bed with her for an hour, I gave her nice tickles, that's what she likes, nice tickles on her arm. "And then she had a row with me about something and you just go out of the room going, 'I rushed home, I'm knackered myself, I just want to go to bed', and I've got a teenager." Recently, Amanda and Hollie enjoyed a glitzy evening at the UK premiere of Wicked at The Royal Festival Hall in London.The BGT fave dazzled in a skintight latex jumpsuit – though the night wasn’t without its mishaps, as Amanda experienced a cheeky wardrobe malfunction.
