AMANDA Holden was left soaked and close to tears as she completed her "horrific" Three Peaks Challenge today. The Britain's Got Talent judge, 51, climbed the three highest mountains in Wales, England and Scotland in just 24 hours for Heart's charity Global's Make Some Noise.
On Friday morning, Amanda successfully completed her challenge as she summited the UK’s highest mountain, Ben Nevis, live on air.
Amanda said the challenge was “the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life” and celebrated by popping a bottle of champagne at 4,411 feet - the highest point of the UK.
Amanda tackled every element during the challenge including severe weather warnings, 60mph winds, rain and snow. The TV favourite climbed the three peaks on no sleep and scaling two of the mountains in the pitch black.
