Manchester United prospect Amad said he is proud of what he and loan club Sunderland achieved this season after suffering Championship play-off heartbreak against Luton on Tuesday night.
Amad spent the campaign at Sunderland and scored 14 goals in 43 games in all competitions for the Black Cats. Sunderland reached the Championship play-offs with a sixth place finish on the final day of the season.

Amad himself was on the scoresheet on that occasion with a sublime curling effort. But the Hatters overtuned Sunderland's advantage to win 2-0 on the night and 3-2 on aggregate.
