Alyssa Scott marks her and Nick Cannon's late son Zen's 'heavenly' first birthday after tragic death

Nick Cannon's former partner Alyssa Scott paid tribute to her late son Zen on Thursday by marking what would have been his first birthday.She posted a video featuring sweet moments with the little baby, including a single brief appearance by Nick, 41, who is currently expecting his eighth and ninth children with two different women in the near future.The two suffered a tragedy in December 2021, when Zen died of a brain tumor when he was only five months old.

The somber video, which was soundtracked with Vince Gill singing Go Rest High On That Mountain, opened with Zen shortly after being born as Alyssa cradled him in her arms while he slept.Her daughter from a previous relationship sweetly patted the little boy on his head as he snoozed peacefully in his crib once he arrived at home.
