Cyriel Dessers, Sam Lammers and Jose Cifuentes have all struggled mightily since their arrival. And now McCoist believes Clement must be backed in the market after to give his Ibrox revamp a jolt.
Speaking on talkSPORT, the Rangers legend said: "The problem, or one of the problems, like a lot of managers have at a new club, is he is going to have to get a window or two to get his own players in because the previous window, I think, there were three or four players brought in who, at this moment in time, look very much short."You can't judge a manager until he has got his own players on the pitch.
