Ally McCoist has revealed he failed to make it on air on time for his radio show because his wife wasn't on hand to help him after an IT failure. The Rangers legend was due to present the Talksport breakfast show on Monday morning from his home in Bridge of Weir, Renfrewshire.
However he failed to connect his computer to the internet and was nowhere to be seen when the programme started broadcasting at 6am.

The former Ibrox player and manager said the incident happened because his wife Vivien, his regular IT "engineer", is on holiday and he has been left home alone.
