Alongside the grand floral displays and glorious gardens, visitors will discover food and drink, celebrity guests, a pop-up shopping village and a packed programme of entertainment.
This year the show, sponsored by the Seventy Ninth Group, is celebrating 100 years and around 55,000 people are expected to get inspired, seek advice and enjoy all it has to offer over the four days it takes place at Victoria Park.
Alan Adams, general manager of Southport Flower Show, said: "All of us involved are aware of the special place it has in the town's history and we are proud to be putting together the centenary show. “We know that our visitors this summer will have a fantastic day out and we look forward to celebrating with everyone." Head to the Grand Floral Marquee where you will discover a treasure trove of plants and flowers, trees and shrubs, vegetables and herbs and a whole range of more unusual specimens.
