Areas all across the UK have been warned to expect snow from tomorrow (January 16). The Met Office has issued yellow warnings for snow and ice for large parts of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
It comes after the weather agency said northerly airflow will bringing 'very cold' conditions to the country. The latest alert for Tuesday covers some major northern parts of England and Scotland, including Greater Manchester.
Snow is expected to cause a number of disruptions to travel, including public transport. Met Office Chief Meteorologist, Andy Page, said: “Where and how much snow we will get will vary throughout the week and weather warnings could change quickly, you will need to keep an eye on the forecast for your region for the latest information.
