Alison Hammond to present This Morning with unexpected host in latest ITV shake-up
ok.co.ukAlison Hammond is set to present Bank Holiday's instalment of This Morning alongside an unexpected guest.The show's usual hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield are set to take the day off, and Dermot O'Leary, who usually presents she show on Fridays and holidays, will not be presenting the ITV daytime show either.
Instead, Alison, who recently enjoyed a sun-drenched Dubai getaway, will be joined by the show's roving reporter, Craig Doyle.
Excited for his upcoming gig, the 51 year old Irish TV presenter and radio host wrote in an Instagram Story post: "So excited about hosting This Morning, tomorrow I have arrived 14 hours early for work!" Craig shared a snap of himself with his suitcase as she stood outside the ITV building with a huge grin on his face.
While Alison re-shared the image to her own Story as a mark of support. Craig has made appearances on the daytime talk show, but this is the first time he'll be on the couch as a presenter.
