The This Morning presenter posted a side-by-side image of a selfie she took during a workout at the gym with no make up on, next to a photo of her glammed up to present the breakfast show.
She wrote: "Without or with make up, I’ll always be enough! Embrace both looks and keep it real. Your beauty is you and the fact there ain’t no one like you in the whole wide world!" Alison's post received nearly 200,000 likes and hundreds of people left messages of support to the star, whose candid message clearly resonated with her fans and famous friends alike.
TV star Vanessa Feltz told Alison: "You are gorgeous inside outside all the time and we’ve been pals for more than 20 years.
