The presenter hasn't been doing full time stints on the ITV daytime show as she has been busy for the past month performing in her home city in the pantomime production of Jack and the Beanstalk.
Alison has starred as the Spirit of the Beans in the production at Birmingham Hippodrome, performing to audiences alongside the likes of former EastEnders actress Samantha Womack.
But Alison's the 48-year-old's tim on stage is set to come to an end on Sunday (January 28). Taking to Instagram, Alison shared a photo of herself almost in full costume as she posed behind the scenes with a beaming smile across her face.
