Lundstram was sent for an early bath for a cynical tackle on Martin Boyle which saw referee Willie Collum decide that the lunge from the Rangers midfielder warranted a red card.
Substitute Morelos then joined him as he threw an swinging arm at Marijan Cabraja and caught the Hibs' defender in the face.
The nine men would eventually concede a late equaliser as Josh Campbell made it 2-2 at Easter Road. However, the pair could still make the clash at Celtic Park given the SFA guidelines over the incidents.
