Alex Salmond's QC has referred himself to a legal watchdog after he was filmed discussing the high-profile case on a train before the former First Minister was cleared.Gordon Jackson was earlier condemned over the video footage taken on a commuter train showing him naming female complainants in the former SNP leader’s trial.
