Alec Baldwin has been filmed slapping someone’s phone out of their hand after they repeatedly questioned him.The actor appeared to be buying a drink in a New York cafe and taking a phone call when the video starts, with the person behind the camera saying: “Alec can you please say ‘Free Palestine,’ one time?” The video (via Newsweek) can be seen below.The protester then proceeds to ask the actor: “Why did you kill that lady?” referring to the ongoing case surrounding the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the film Rust.Baldwin discharged the live round from a gun he was using as a prop, fatally shooting Hutchins and leading to the trials of both Baldwin and the movie’s armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, who has been recently sentenced to 18 months in prison.

Baldwin’s trial is set to take place in July this year.The person filming then added: “You killed that lady, you got no jail time.
