Aldi wine uses 'same grapes' as Whispering Angel – and has great price point too

It's because wine buffs think it looks eerily similar to a luxurious blush wine called Whispering Angel. The posh plonk is popular with celebrities like Adele and typically costs around £20.But if you don't have the same amount of cash to splash, Aldi's bottle could be a good alternative.
Lucy Hitchcock of Partner in Wine UK took to Instagram to give her verdict. She said: "Aldi is really taking things to the next level with this dupe."The wine buff continued to list the similarities between the drinks – claiming that some of the grape varieties are even the same.
She said: "Now that is a stunning rosé. I can definitely taste the similarities in the blend. I'm getting summer berries like raspberry and strawberry with a lovely pink grapefruit freshness.
