Arkin has bowed out of the Golden Globe-winning series in which he played Norman Newlander, the agent to actor Sandy Kominsky (played by Michael Douglas).
Arkin, who has already recorded a voice role as Wild Knuckles for the 2022 Minions sequel The Rise of Gru, is merely taking a break during the pandemic.
