Airdrie boss makes Montrose defender his first signing
dailyrecord.co.ukNew Airdrie boss Rhys McCabe has made his first summer signing with the capture of defender Cammy Ballantyne.The 25-year-old spent last season at League One rivals Montrose and his displays for the Links Park side - who Airdrie defeated in the play-off semi-finals - have earned him a move closer to home in South Lanarkshire.The East Kilbride man also had spells with Dundee United and Dumbarton before his three year stint in Angus.
Cammy told airdriefc.com: “The opportunity to come and play at this club was a no-brainer.
