Adrien Brody sits down with Jimmy Fallon to discuss his intense new movie, The Brutalist.

The Oscar winner, 51, appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday (February 3) to give viewers an inside glimpse of his emotional process while creating the film. Keep reading to find out more… “It’s a remarkable movie.

The screenplay is quite vast and beautifully written,” Adrien told Jimmy about the film. “I knew how special it was and how rare it was to find a role quite like this.” The Brutalist tells the story of a Hungarian architect fleeing to America after surviving WWII.

It has been nominated for 10 Oscars, including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor in a Leading Role, Best Actor in a Supporting Role, Best Actress in a Supporting Role, Best Original Screenplay, Best Original Score, Best Cinematography, Best Film Editing, and Best Production Design.
