Edward Christopher Sheeran, MBE (born 17 February 1991) is an English singer-songwriter. In early 2011, Sheeran independently released the extended play, No. 5 Collaborations Project. After signing with Asylum Records, his debut album, + (pronounced "plus"), was released in September 2011. It topped the UK and Australian charts, reached number five in the US, and has since been certified eight-times platinum in the UK.

The album contains the single "The A Team", which earned him the Ivor Novello Award for Best Song Musically and Lyrically. In 2012, Sheeran won the Brit Awards for Best British Male Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Act. "The A Team" was nominated for Song of the Year at the 2013 Grammy Awards, where he performed the song with Elton John.

Adele delighted fans on Tuesday morning as she announced she will perform two dates in London's Hyde Park as part of the park's British Summer Time gigs next year.The 33 year old British hitmaker, whose comeback single Easy On Me broke records after topping the charts, took to her Instagram platform to confirm the exciting news alongside a stunning snap of her profile. "Oiii Oiiiiiiiiiiiii," Adele wrote in the caption as she directed her legion of fans to the presale on her website Adele.com.

Adele will perform on July 1 and 2, 2022, marking her first live UK show in five years, as she last performed in 2017. The Someone Like You songstress last thrilled British audiences as she closed out her record-breaking tour at Wembley Stadium on June.
