express.co.ukEastEnders star Adam Woodyatt, 52, has separated from his wife Beverley Sharp.The couple had been married for 22 years and they share two children - Jessica, 27, and 23-year-old Samuel - together.The Ian Beale actor tied the knot with dancer Beverley in 1998.A spokesperson for the BBC soap has confirmed the pair split last year.The statement said: "Beverley and Adam separated in August 2019 and we ask that the family’s privacy is respected."Adam reportedly made the decision to leave the relationship.There is also thought to be no third party involved in the split.A source said: "Beverley was naturally very upset, as anybody would be in the circumstances, but these things happen and it’s a straightforward separation."Nobody plans for these.
