Adam Thomas will 'try anything' as he battles painful condition after saying 'don't be afraid' in emotional tribute

Adam Thomas has said he'll 'try anything' to prove his day-to-day health as he continues to battle a painful condition. The Waterloo Road star recently told fans how he's 'in pain every day' in a candid update from a recent hospital visit.

Manchester-born Adam, 36, first opened up about his arthritis diagnosis last year. He shared the personal news after it was revealed he'd be taking part in Strictly Come Dancing's 2023 series.

Adam has continued to openly document his pain battle and the methods he is taking to try combat the symptoms and in a recent social media post told how he was having to make changes, saying: "It’s a long process but I just have to stay positive!"
