It's only been a few months since we last saw the drama unfold at Waterloo Road Comprehensive School in the BBC One drama series, with headteacher Steve Savage, played by Jason Manford, covering up a pupil's murder after his son confessed to being the killer.
The new series, which kicked off on BBC One on Tuesday night (February 11), will see new headteacher Stella Drake attempting to rebuild the reputation of Waterloo Road.
And as always, the drama will tackle a range of important topics in this latest series, such as coercive control, unemployment, women's health, addiction and ongoing issues faced by teachers.
