While parts of the country may be basking in some summer sun - finally - it appears the Waterloo Road star has headed for sunnier climes.
He shared a post to his Instagram Story which mentioned Monaco but Adam didn't confirm that is where he was. The Manchester-born actor did, however, share videos of himself working out.
Sporting a black gym vest and matching shorts, he could be seen powering through lifting weights and taking on bodyweight exercises.
