The actor and his wife Caroline marked the special occasion over the weekend. Caroline is a professional dancer who owns her own dance and drama school, ABCD School of dance and drama.
The couple first met in 2007 when Adam was just 19 years old and starring in Waterloo Road. The pair tied the knot 10 years later and share two children - Teddy and Elsie-Rose Thomas.
Taking to Instagram, Adam shared a darkly-lit video as it soon transpired he was laying in bed with Caroline. The Waterloo Road star laughed as he told his fans and followers he thought he'd 'get lucky' as it was his anniversary only to find his other half busy with her own self care.
