Adam Thomas makes wife 'cry' as he's praised by fans for update on two children

Adam Thomas left his wife 'crying' as he paid tribute to their two children following a successful parents' evening. The Waterloo Road star and his wife Caroline headed to Teddy and Elsie's school to find out how they have been getting on earlier this week.

And Manchester-born Adam, 35, was clearly pleased as he shared a smiling selfie of himself and his two youngsters on Instagram with a sweet message.

He started by saying: "We had a parent's evening with these two yesterday, and I was close to tears with some of the comments made from their teachers." He continued: "(more about Teddy I’ll be honest) haha but still equally as proud!

He’s a natural born leader and it’s his superpower! Said one teacher … it just got me! Just a super proud parent today!!"
