Adam Thomas emotionally shows off incredible transformation after hiding his body for years
manchestereveningnews.co.ukAdam Thomas has been applauded as he showed off the results of his body transformation. The former Emmerdale star took to Instagram on Monday evening (June 6) to share a glimpse into his journey after admitting to hiding his body for years.
In the last few months Adam has enlisted the help of his twin brother Scott and his self-built community Food4Thoughts to transform himself, not just physically, after becoming "sick of revolving my life around this anxiety" of taking his top off on holiday or appearing on TV.
Sharing a video of his progress, the Manchester actor could be seen alongside Scott, who many may recognise from Love Island, telling the F4T community that he felt 'apprehensive' about his journey ahead as pictures of him before making a change flashed on the screen. And this is something I have struggled with for years. No one has seen my body," he says before admitting his 'insecurity' has had an affect on all aspects of his life. "I just want to be happy," he adds before clips of Adam working out play out on screen.
