Sandler, appearing on last night’s The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, was talking about Happy Gilmore 2 when he was asked by Fallon about cameos. “We have a nice something for Travis,” said Sandler, who is writing the sequel with original Happy co-writer Tim Herlihy. “He’s gonna come by.” Sandler continued about Kelce, “He’s a very nice guy.

You guys would love him in real life. What a big, handsome guy. Funny and cool as hell. He’s a stud and he’s so funny.” Sandler also mentioned that some pro golfers would show up in the sequel, and the filming is expected to begin in New Jersey in a couple weeks.

Watch the interview above. The original Happy Gilmore featured appearances by golfer Lee Trevino as himself and, most famously, Bob Barker, also playing himself but in a way few fans of his genial demeanor hosting The Price is Right could ever expect.
