Adam Peaty has revealed a new tattoo in tribute to his girlfriend Holly Ramsay.The couple have been spending the festive season with Holly's parents, celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and his wife Tana, with Adam celebrating his 29th birthday just a few days ago.

For the occasion, both he and Holly, 23, shared some snaps to Instagram, with Holly penning the caption: "Happy birthday my love [white heart emoji] Everyday is better with you [red heart emoji] [fire emoji] I love you xx" Sharing some more photos, one of which revealed his new 'H' tattoo on his chest, Adam wrote: "29 and Blessed [cross emoji] Thank you @hollyramsayy I love you so much [white heart emoji]." It comes after the couple sparked rumours that they were engaged when Holly appeared to be wearing a ring in a snap shared back in October.

Fans rushed to comment on the post, as many brought up a potential 'engagement', with one writng: "Thought the first was an engagement pic." Another fan added: "I was thinking the same, I was like congrats wait how does daddy Gordon feel about it!"
