After first getting to know each other after an episode of the Gossip Show Getting Lippy., the 28 year old decided to slide into Laura's DMs and sparked up a conversation.
The reality star, who also had a stint on Celebs Go Dating which led to a rocky road with model Lottie Moss, then went Instagram official with Laura in October last year.
Adam admitted to The Sun: "I'd followed her on Instagram because I'd seen a Lionesses game or something like that and then I DM'd her because she put like a funny meme on her story." However, before they had met before the show, Adam revealed he didn't know she was famous.
