Former Love Island star Adam Collard has openly revealed his battle with addiction and depression. The reality TV star described 2024 as his "hardest year" while revealing his struggles in an emotional Instagram post.
He was supported by his pregnant fiancée, Laura Woods, as he urged others not to face their battles alone, reports the Mirror.
On the social media platform, the personal trainer shared a selection of cards, as he wrote: "2024, the hardest year of my life.
