He was supported by his pregnant fiancée, Laura Woods, as he urged others not to face their battles alone, reports the Mirror.

On the social media platform, the personal trainer shared a selection of cards, as he wrote: "2024, the hardest year of my life.

I've seen lot of amazing 2024 posts over the last few days... but if you're struggling right now, remember that Instagram is a highlights reel, and if you're struggling you aren't alone."He continued by saying that the past year had been "tougher than any before."Adam went on to say: "Struggled with my mental health more than ever.
