Former Love Island contestant Adam Collard has credited the popular ITV2 dating competition as his “saving grace”, claiming it has stopped him cheating in later life.
The 27 year old television personality gained fame when he entered the scene as a bombshell on the fourth season of Love Island at the age of 22.
His appearance on the show was marred by controversy, as he was widely accused of engaging in “gaslighting” behaviour. Following his tumultuous stint in the villa, he entered a relationship with Zara McDermott, which ultimately ended after eight months.
In 2022, Adam returned to Love Island for a second time, coupling up with Paige Thorne; however, their relationship fizzled out after a mere two months.
