Sofia Juarez went missing on February 4, 2003, just one day before she turned five, and her case has remained unsolved over 18 years later.
A video that was filmed in Mexico earlier this year has led people to believe that Sofia might be living there.
The young woman in the video claims that she was kidnapped and doesn’t know about her history.
