dailyrecord.co.ukA Place In The Sun host Danni Menzies was left screaming after a potential buyer said no to her property selection. The Scots presenter jetted off to Spain to help father-daughter duo Poppy and Philip purchase their dream holiday home in inland Andalucía.
However, Danni was left horrified after the pair seemingly shot down her property suggestion. Phillip was looking for his ideal retirement home and wanted a private house within a 15-minute walk from the nearest amenities, but was flexible on the number of bedrooms within the property.
Danni had five properties within Phillips modest £50,000 budget as she took them on a tour. The property expert took the family duo to their first home, which was listed at £53,000, but needed considerable work done.
Straight away, Danni revealed the house didn't have a kitchen and it would be something the family would need to install themselves.This wasn't a problem for the family as they've renovated kitchens before, so wasn't a daunting prospect.
