A Masked Danny Masterson Appeared in Court for Rape Charges

The 44-year-old actor was arraigned on rape charges that were filed back in June. He was formally charged with the rape of three women between 2001 and 2003.
Although Danny has denied the allegations many times, he is facing up to 45 years in prison if convicted. During the arraignment, Danny‘s lawyer filed a demurrer that will have the arraignment delayed until the next hearing on October 19. Danny is hoping that the case is dismissed, but he reportedly plans on filing a not guilty plea if the demurrer is denied by the court.
