A Level students across England and Wales will be receiving their exam results today. It's an important moment for thousands of young people who will discover if they have secured the grades they need for their preferred universities.

Previously, A level result grade boundaries were released 24 hours before results day, but this practice was stopped over concerns it added additional stress for student.
