Oldham have paid a heartbreaking tribute to her. Imogen Bohajczuk, known as Immy, was found at a property on Ashton Road just after midday on March 4. Police were called to the address following a report of concern for welfare. Ms Bohajczuk, 29, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.  Her grieving family have since issued a statement, saying her “life and future has been tragically snatched away from her”. They said: "The whole family is grieving the death of our beautiful daughter Immy whose life and future has been tragically snatched away from her." Daniel Grant Smith, 41, appeared at Manchester Magistrates Court this morning charged with murder.Mr Smith spoke only to confirm his name, date of birth and address.

Police have arrested two men, aged 41 and 35, on suspicion of murder.They remain in custody waiting to be questioned.Officers were called just after 12.15pm on Thursday (4 March) to the Bardsley area of Oldham, to reports of a concern for the welfare of a woman.Emergency services attended the address and a woman was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.GMP say formal identification has not yet taken place but the victim is believed to be a 29-year-old woman.Her next of kin has been informed.
