The Radford family, known for their show '22 Kids and Counting' on Channel 5, returned with a fresh episode full of drama on Sunday, 26 January.
During the episode, Noel noticed his wife Sue's unusual quietness and secretive behaviour, which led him to worry about her wellbeing.
He reached out to her mother and even sought help from their daughters to find Sue. His concern escalated when he discovered an early dementia leaflet in their family van.
Confronting Sue at home, Noel, father to 22 children, asked his wife what was happening. Sue then revealed that it wasn't her health at risk but one of her close friends who had been diagnosed with early dementia at just 49 years old.
