Karla Camila Cabello Estrabao (born March 3, 1997) is a Cuban-American singer, songwriter, and actress.

She rose to prominence as a member of the girl group Fifth Harmony, formed on The X Factor (U.S.) in 2012, signing a joint record deal with Syco Music and Epic Records.

While a part of Fifth Harmony, Cabello began to establish herself as a solo artist with the release of the collaborations "I Know What You Did Last Summer" with Shawn Mendes, and "Bad Things" with Machine Gun Kelly, the latter reaching number four on the Billboard Hot 100.

2021 MTV Video Music Awards is full of star-studded performances!On Sunday, Normani will be hitting the stage and treating fans to the TV debut performance of her song «Wild Side.» Normani last performed at the VMAs in 2019, with a show-stopping rendition of «Motivation.» She also took home her first Moonperson that year, for Best R&B for «Waves» featuring 6lack.

Additionally, Machine Gun Kelly and Travis Barker will perform their new single, “papercuts," while Ed Sheeran is confirmed to sing «Bad Habits» from the Toyota Stage on the big day.

Barker will also be presenting at this year's ceremony, along with AJ McLean, Ashanti, Avril Lavigne, Billie Eilish, Billy Porter, Conor McGregor, 50 Cent, Cyndi Lauper, Fat Joe, Hailey Bieber, Halle.
