A mum who religiously ate Pot Noodles every day has undergone a huge transformation after kicking the habit, resulting in a dramatic six-stone weight loss.

Tara Jennings, 26, not only indulged in the instant noodles for lunch, but also for tea, which gave her the nickname of 'Pot Noodle queen' from friends.

In three years, she says she consumed more than 1,000 Pot Noodles leading her weight to peak at 18 stone. Additionally, Tara frequently opted for air-fryer-ready frozen foods as they were "a lot cheaper" and more "convenient." Now, after swapping junk food for home-cooked healthy meals, she now boasts a healthy weight of 11.9st and has gone down six dress sizes, from a size 24 to a size 12. "I would have it for dinner every day and then maybe tea.

My son was young at the time so I would buy things that were convenient and it was cheaper as well. "I would go to Iceland and all the frozen chicken would be three for £10 and fresh chicken from Aldi is about £4 for two breasts so it was a lot cheaper. "When I first discovered my airfryer, it was so easy to wing food in there and wait until it beeped.
