Controversial TikTok star Hannah Hiatt is under investigation! The Ogden Police Department confirmed to People on Monday that after “numerous reports through Child Protective Service and police” following a series of concerning videos, “there is an open, active investigation into” the Utah content creator.

A spokesperson revealed: No further details about what the investigation would entail were shared. That said, the department noted the investigation was sparked amid concerns over a video in which Hannah’s young son James appeared to flinch and block his face when his father Braxton approached.
