After they confirmed they are back together, Zara McDermott has got a tattoo as a tribute to other half, Sam Thompson.The reality star, who sent fans wild as she posed for racy underwear shots, took to her Instagram stories to show off her inking to her followers.

In the snap, the 24 year old has a small moon and star tattoo on her ankle as she rests her manicured hand on it. "I got this little tat a while back.
