Barcelona legend and former Pep Guardiola student Xavi Hernandez has revealed how the Manchester City boss is helping his own management career.
The former midfielder was a cornerstone of Guardiola's Barca side that romped to the 2009 and 2011 Champions League titles, beating Manchester United twice in the final.
Guardiola then moved on to manage Bayern Munich before taking the City helm in 2016, while Xavi retired from playing and went into coaching.
