So what's happening at one of the city's most popular dining destinations? Bosses at the Spring Gardens restaurant, which is famously co-owned by Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand, closed the premises in March 2020 when the first full national lockdown was introduced.
But, despite the easing of restrictions at various points last year, they took the decision not to reopen at any point since.
