She is represented by IMG Models and has been featured in major ads for Guess, Ralph Lauren, and Tommy Hilfiger. Baldwin is a daughter of Stephen Baldwin and niece of Alec Baldwin. She is married to Canadian singer Justin Bieber, and lives in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.

Justin Bieber got into the act this weekend, reposting a TikTok video from his step sister Allie Rebelo, in which he, wife Hailey Baldwin, Allie, Jazmyn Bieber and Justin's youngest sister, Bay, 1, take a shot at Drake's "Toosie Slide." Wearing a yellow hoodie and matching sweats, Bieber left foot slides, right foot slides and then moonwalks out of the video.
JB also reposted a video in which he joins Allie and Jazmyn for the "Come Around Me" challenge, busting some enthusiastic arm movements while Hailey just walks through the frame.
