E! News reported.Last year, the woman claimed Khloe Kardashian's ex fathered her 5-year-old son. Tristan denied that he was the father and even agreed to take a paternity test, which reportedly showed that he was not the father.
At one point last year, Khloe and Tristan, via their attorney, sent her a cease and desist letter. Still, Kimberly pressed on and continued to publicly maintain that Tristan was the father.
Eventually, Tristan had had enough and filed a lawsuit against her. On June 22, she was ordered to pay the Boston Celtics player $50,000 in general damages and $2,901.95 in costs.
Tristan originally requested $100,000 in damages for "loss of reputation, shame, mortification, and hurt feelings." In the lawsuit, Tristan's lawyer.
