Leor Holtzman Foster will spend about eight weeks in Perth, Western Australia, while she has an operation to try and help her sister, Abbi.

Abbi, 38, was diagnosed with two types of kidney disease after experiencing sore limbs and a bloated feeling about 18 months ago.
