Bowling For Soup have announced a massive show at London’s Wembley Arena set for the end of the year.The band – comprised of Jaret Reddick, Gary Wiseman and Rob Felicetti – will take over the iconic area during the holiday season on December 13. The likes of Wheatus and Punk Rock Factory will serve as opening support.

Netflix marked the 2024 Halloween season with new sci-fi slasher Time Cut.Directed by Hannah MacPherson, the film follows Lucy (Madison Bailey) who travels back in time to 2003 to stop a masked killer from murdering her sister.Alongside Bailey, who is best known for starring in Netflix series Outer Banks, Time Cut stars Ginny & Georgia’s Antonia Gentry, Griffin Gluck, and Michael Shanks.Time Cut’s screenplay was co-written by MacPherson and Michael Kennedy, who also has writing credits on 2020 comedy slasher Freaky and It’s A Wonderful Knife.The film’s score is by Anna Drubich, who is known in recent years for her work in the horror genre.

Bowling For Soup have announced a 20th anniversary UK tour of their album ‘A Hangover You Don’t Deserve’, set to kick off next year.The band – comprised of Jaret Reddick, Chris Burney, Gary Wiseman and Rob Felicetti – will embark in early 2025 with a show on February 5 at the Empress Ballroom in Blackpool. From there, they will make stops in Edinburgh, Manchester, Wolverhampton, Plymouth, Swansea, Nottingham, and Brighton.

Check it out below.The unusual mash-up was shared by a band called Deco, who took to Instagram to share the clip earlier this week (February 26).In the video, the frontman is seen dressed as Rick Astley as seen in the music video for his now-iconic 1987 song ‘Never Gonna Give You Up’, sporting the same blazer and striped t-shirt underneath.

Wheatus have shared a holiday version of their 2000 hit ‘Teenage Dirtbag’ titled ‘Christmas Dirtbag’ from their holiday EP – Check it out below.The track revamps the original song by swapping out the lyrics: “Her name is Noelle / I have a dream about her / She rings my bell / I got gym class in half an hour / Oh, how she rocks / In Keds and tube socks / But she doesn’t know who I am / And she doesn’t give a damn about me”.With more of a holiday spirit, it continues: “First night of Noel / Asleep with the fire burning / Jingling bells / And sugarplum fairies turning / But I don’t see / Any presents for me / Does Santa Claus know who I am? / Does Santa Claus even care about me?”The song’s iconic chorus also got the holiday treatment going from “‘Cause I’m just a teenage dirtbag, baby / Yeah, I’m just a teenage dirtbag, baby / Listen to Iron Maiden, baby, with me, ooh” to “‘Cos I’m just a Christmas dirtbag, baby / Yeah I’m just a Christmas dirtbag, baby / Santa forgot all about me, baby / Tonight, ooh.”Directed by Jaime Restrepo of production studio Dreambear, the track’s accompanying video finds Buddy the Wheatus Dog, who’s featured on the cover of the band’s EP ‘Just a Dirtbag Christmas’, struggling for attention during the merriest time of the year.Speaking about the video in a press release, frontman Brendan B Brown said: “I wanted to honour our beloved band dog Buddy, who left us this past summer, just before we started our UK & Irish tour.

Tom Morello and Zack De La Rocha, have pledged to boycott venues that use face-scanning technology.The boycott was organised by the digital rights advocacy group Fight for the Future, and calls for the ban of face-scanning technology at all live events.
