Lisa, Cher and Tyla have performed at the returning 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show – watch their performance below.Early this morning (October 16), the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show made its return for the first time in six years, and for the first time ever featured a performance line-up that was entirely made up of women.Cher was previously announced to close out the entire fashion show, with Tyla and BLACKPINK’s Lisa also announced as performers. Come showtime, Lisa kicked off the night with a performance of her solo single ‘Rockstar’.For the performance, she was sat on a motorcycle before getting off to join her dancers as they danced down the runway.

BLACKPINK’s Lisa has revealed that Megan Thee Stallion, Future and Tyla will all feature on her upcoming debut album ‘Alter Ego’.The Thai K-pop singer will release the album on Friday (February 28), her first full-length solo effort since she and the rest of BLACKPINK opted not to renew their solo contracts with longtime label YG Entertainment.On Friday (February 21), Lisa revealed the full tracklist for the record, which includes ‘Rapunzel’ with Megan Thee Stallion, ‘Fxck Up The World’ with Future and ‘When I’m With You’ with Tyla.These are included alongside the previous singles ‘Rockstar’, ‘New Woman’ with Rosalía, ‘Moonlit Floor’ and ‘Born Again’ with RAYE and Doja Cat.A post shared by LISA (@lalalalisa_m)In the Instagram post, which you can watch above, Lisa sits alongside her own alter egos, before revealing the full 15-song tracklist for the album.‘New Woman’ was named by NME as one of the 25 Best K-pop Songs of 2024. “From the charismatic Rosalía feature to the artful airiness of the pre-chorus, ‘New Woman’ has a lot going for it – all which comes together effortlessly as one of the most intoxicating fares of the year,” wrote NME’s Mika Chen.Lisa is also releasing a comic series to accompany the album.

Sabrina Carpenter has revealed the list of guests joining her for her upcoming Netflix holiday special ‘A Nonsense Christmas’.The show will see Carpenter perform songs from her 2023 Christmas EP ‘Fruitcake’, which includes a festive version of her 2022 hit ‘Nonsense’, and will be available to stream on Netflix on Friday, December 6 at 6pm EST (10pm GMT).Earlier this year, she teased that she would be joined by musical and “comedic guests”, and today (November 19), she’s revealed the full lineup.In a trailer shared to Instagram, Carpenter revealed she’ll be performing musical duets with Chappell Roan, Tyla and featuring cameos from guests Nico Hiragua, Quinta Brunson, Cara Delevingne, Kyle Mooney, Megan Stalter, Sean Astin, Owen Thiele and Jillian Bell.The clip shows Brunson appear in a sketch parody of A Christmas Carol, where the Abbott Elementary creator and star takes on the role of Ghost of Present alongside Carpenter as the Ghost of Past. The Last Dinner Party have been named the winner of the BBC’s Sound of 2024 poll.The London-based indie band and NME 100 alumni, made up of Abigail Morris, Lizzie Mayland, Emily Roberts, Georgia Davies and Aurora Nishevci, were chosen as winners by a panel of over 140 music industry experts and artists.The band beat out Olivia Dean, who came second, and Peggy Gou, Tyla and Elmiene, who rounded out the top five spots.The achievement follows a massive breakout year for the band, who featured on NME’s The Cover in December.In that interview, they opened up about their meteoric rise, saying, “It can feel a bit like going in a car really fast and not being in charge of the steering wheel. We’re trying to ignore the words ‘hype’ and ‘buzzy band’ and just focus on what grounds us: playing, writing and rehearsing our music.”Speaking about topping the list, the band said: “We are overjoyed to have won BBC Radio 1’s Sound Of Award for 2024! We predict amazing things happening in music this year and it is truly an honour to even be a part of it.“BBC Radio has championed us and so many other young artists from the start of their careers, we still can’t believe it every time we hear one of our songs being played.

It was voted for by a panel of 140 music industry experts, including representatives from Spotify, Apple Music, Glastonbury Festival, the BBC and former nominees including Jorja Smith, PinkPantheress and Tom Grennan.The winner will be revealed in the new year on BBC Radio 1, with the top five revealed in reverse order between January 1-5.
